+ Create efficient and effective consumer journeys, optimize purchase flows and messaging

+ Define and document new product requirements and roadmap

+ Conduct gap analysis, competitive analysis, review consumer feedback from Customer Service, Social and app store channels to identify high value improvement opportunities.

+ Lead rapid prototyping and piloting of new sports consumer experiences across multiple platforms

+ Drive a dynamic and multi-disciplinary team to validate hypotheses and new product concepts

+ Integrate broad knowledge of product concepts in emerging spaces (e.g. video, mobile, tablet) to develop viewpoints that inform internal development

+ Translate business strategies into product concepts, prototypes, and pilots that engage our customers and provide value in a competitive landscape

+ Work with technology teams to create functional / tech requirement

+ Conduct and synthesize competitive analysis / research to help inform future product roadmap
