• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or

Engineering (or equivalent relevant work experience).

• 5 + years of experience in systems analysis & development, support

of business systems in a Media & Entertainment environment.

• Experience managing multiple large-scale mission critical projects.

• Experience in system design and research systems.

• Demonstrated ability in troubleshooting, analysis, and design.

• Prior experience in software development, produce management.

• Ability to influence cross functional teams to come together to make

**Desired Characteristics**

• Experience with Agile Software Development (preferable SCRUM)

• Highly competent in project and program management, budgeting, timelines, task execution

• Excellent team leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; ability to work across multiple groups.

• Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously and communicate effectively with all stake holders (business and IT)

• Experience in US Media & Entertainment environment preferred

• Experience research data, specifically Nielsen data a plus
