**Responsibilities**

Fandango is looking for a Director Product Manager to define and deliver a best-in-class consumer experience for products at Fandango. This role is responsible for driving the product vision forward, creating and managing roadmaps and working with stakeholders to make sure the business continues to thrive. If you live and breathe movies and have significant consumer internet product development experience, this could be the perfect job for you.



Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy

• Drive product roadmap and prioritization and communicate to internal and external stakeholders

• Gather and manage various stakeholder Inputs

• Develop and implement a go-to-market plan, working with departments across the business to execute.

• Lead the development of products in partnership with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and business development

• Integrate research, market analysis and usability studies into product requirements to maximize user satisfaction

• Be the champion of your products and users

• Gather and define product requirements and prioritize according to business goals and needs

• Manage product backlog and define user stories

• Define KPIs and analyze metrics to inform the success of products

• Mentor other product managers as a leader within the org

**Qualifications/Requirements**

We're looking to hire an exceptional individual with a proven track record in the area of product management, particularly within a consumer facing content or commerce internet site. Specific requirements include:



• Degree in business, communications or other related field

• 6+ years of product development/management experience overseeing the design, development and launch of successful consumer internet products

• Goal-oriented, able to not only conceptualize products but also manage and optimize them throughout their lifecycle

• Excellent personal, verbal and written communication skills

• The ability to work well across departments and in a team environment, SCRUM experience a plus

• Proven track record in building web products with a demonstrated ability to drive product planning, development and launch

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research data and industry trends

• Willingness to roll up sleeves and "do whatever it takes" - attention to detail.
