**Responsibilities**

Responsibilities



+ Develop strategy and day-to-day operations of NBC Sports and Olympics social media business

+ Leads team of social media focused staff

+ Supervise high profile channel accounts to drive audience growth and engagement

+ Oversight of social media content strategy and creation

+ Creation of custom social assets including graphics and video

+ Integrates social media into larger marketing strategy

+ Identifies and surfaces content from all NBC Sports platforms and how it fits best within the social media landscape

+ Execution of paid media campaigns on social

+ Utilize social media analytics tools to make data based business decisions

+ Performance analysis and optimization

+ Manage implementation and execution of sold social concepts

**Qualifications/Requirements**

Basic Qualifications



+ Minimum of 4 years’ experience in social media

+ Minimum of 5 years in marketing or digital media

+ Minimum of 3 years managing a team

+ Experience and proficiency in design programs such as photoshop

+ Experience with GoPro & DSLR cameras, videography & photography

+ Has driven and developed social media strategy for a large brand.

+ Strong understanding of all current social media platforms, best practices & native analytics

+ Strong understanding of social media landscape and up and coming platformsEligibility Requirements

+ Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice

+ Must be willing to work in Stamford, CT
