**Responsibilities**

This position will work directly with the VP, Sales Partnershps within the Travel category to maximize all of TGC''s assets in order to generate revenue both on air and online. The candidate will work with domestic resorts and travel related companies/ ad agencies. The candidate will learn to be proficient at a variety of core competencies including, consistent sales efforts, negotiating skills, creative idea generation, and an overall consultative approach to helping the clients achieve their marketing goals. The position also requires meticulous follow through, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, reliable business sense and superior judgment. Candidate will manage existing accounts as well as develop new business in the designated territory.



+ Cultivate Partnerships/Relationships with Senior Marketing Executives, Resort Managers/Directors of Golf Media Planners/ Buyers/Directors/Account Personnel at Ad agencies

+ Generate Revenue:Through traditional and non traditional channels: Marketing, event and promotional funds

+ Generate revenue through traditional and non-traditional channels including Golf Advisor and Revolution Golf

+ Primary liaison with customers related to the execution and results of the partnership

+ Communication- Oral and written, listening skills, persuasiveness, communicate effectively and in a timely manner across organization

+ Positive Attitude- enthusiastic, display confidence and energy while representing TGC

+ Ethics- act with integrity, diplomacy, respect confidentiality, model and respect core TGC values, demonstrate fairness, sensitivity and respect

+ Knowledge- of TGC assets, travel category/industry, key customers and prospects nationwide

+ Organization- time management skills, delegation, accurate and timely reporting, presentation/proposal building

+ Strategic Behavior- analytical skills, ability to design and design a successful action plan, be proactive and utilize all TGC assets for maximum effectiveness.

**Qualifications/Requirements**

Basic Qualifications



+ Bachelors Degree

+ 7+ years of sales experience

+ Experience in a deadline driven environment

+ High Attention to Detail

+ Proficiency in Power Point, Excel, Word

+ Experience In Travel & Tourism IndustryAdditional Job Requirements
