**Responsibilities**



This position reports into the Asset Manager and works closely with the Asset Management team to provide production support to various departmental projects and tasks.



The Asset Management Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of the following:



+ Weekly desktop moves within and across multiple sites



+ Coordinating asset management team for technology support of studio employees



+ Managing and maintaining the inventory using hardware database software (BarScan) and scanning procedures



+ Creating and customizing inventory reports for management



+ Handling shipment, receiving and tracking of outgoing and incoming hardware for transportation



+ Initiating purchasing request for AT supplies, monitoring inventory levels of technical assets, overseeing regular inventory audits of technology assets



+ Coordinating the retirement process of end-of- life hardware to E-waste disposal and charity donation including Asset Disposition reporting



+ Initiating hardware replacement for broken technology under warranty



The Asset Management Coordinator must be confident, proactive and possess strong communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal). Must be comfortable interacting with employees at all levels of the organization.

This position will be working with multiple departments as part of a team and must work well independently. They must be able to adapt quickly to an ever changing

environment. Strong attention to detail is a must.



+ Previous coordination experience



+ Understanding of Microsoft Office Products



+ Intermediate to advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel



+ Understanding of Google Docs



+ Strong customer service skills



+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills



+ Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast paced environment



+ Good problem solving skills



+ Database familiarity preferred
