Responsible with the administration and processing of DreamWorks Animation Television’s Talent Contracts & Payment Paperwork.

**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Drafting and distributing all day player agreements; updating parental agreements, amendments and addenda.

+ Maintaining all legal agreements in conformity with Business Affair’s filing system and naming conventions of all records on Business Affair’s network as required and circulating to appropriate parties.

+ Initiating Independent Contractor agreements through PAFs: long form talent agreements, production services agreements, and certificates of engagement. Negotiation of rates, fees, obtaining final tax documentation from 3rd parties and any reps.

+ Initiating new day player agreements for marketing / promo materials. Requires coordinating with Marketing team and Production Attorneys to clarify details and conform agreements with Business Affair’s long forms so terms are not in conflict.

+ On-boarding and vetting of new Domestic and International vendors through the NBCUniversal system for invoicing purposes. Includes submission of initial invoicing for new vendors and requires frequent follow-up with vendor and NBCU Finance.

+ Drafting and confirming SAG-AFTRA cast lists for submission to DW’s SAG-AFTRA rep once complete.

+ Obtaining, preparing and submitting Taft Harley paperwork for any non-SAG talent.

+ Drafting and distribution of all contract and talent paperwork to Talent Coordinators before record sessions.

+ Scan and send all paperwork to various departments such as Finance, Business Affairs/Legal, and SAG-AFTRA.

+ Inputting contract data into customized database system.

+ Preparation of reports for Business Affairs/Legal.

+ Maintain filing of all talent paperwork.

+ Track any outstanding talent paperwork.

**Desired Characteristics**

+ 1-2 years of prior Contract Administration experience required.

+ Attention to detail is essential.

+ Must be able to multi-task and handle high volume in a deadline driven environment.

+ Strong communication and written skills required.

+ Must have the ability to work proactively and in a team environment.

+ There is a high volume of data entry into a customized program, so must be comfortable working with Google Docs.

+ Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel reporting skills required.

+ Plus – knowledge with SAG-AFTRA rules.
