start dates in early September, based on school schedule.

DreamWorks Animation seeks a TV Animation Marketing Intern in Glendale, CA. The intern will

work alongside the brand marketing team to support the launch of our global kids content to drive

global awareness and viewership of our series.

In this role, you will work with the marketing team on the development, creation and execution of

our television marketing campaigns. These initiatives encompass brand strategy, research, building

presentation decks and creative materials, information aggregation and tracking and general

support of Marketing teams. A successful candidate will need to be flexible, a good

communicator, organized, proactive and have an eye for detail.

Responsibilities include but not limited to

● Perform market analysis and research on competitive landscape

● Track Marketing, Advertising and Digital trends for new opportunities

● Assist in organization and filing materials and assets

● Help update presentations, calendars, and timelines

● Support collection of sales data

● Assist with tradeshow preparation

● Assist with intake and distribution of materials

● Support meeting preparation and follow-up

● Assist with weekly recap and update reports

● Support marketing team on daily administrative tasks

● Support marketing inventory management


Must be currently enrolled in a four-year college or university. Candidates must be very digitally savvy and connected on multiple social media platforms. Must have exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills. Please note we are not able to sponsor international students in this department.

**Desired Characteristics**

● An ideal candidate should be working towards a degree in one of the following areas: Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communications, Business Management, Entrepreneurship, or related majors.

● Very strong written and verbal communication skills

● Highly organized and detailed oriented

● A meaningful interest in TV Marketing is a must

● Proficiency in software like Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, Excel, Google Docs

● Image manipulation software (like Adobe Photoshop) a plus
