**Responsibilities**

• Ensure facility and all employee work areas consistently meet and/or exceed OSHA and Fire Safety guidelines

• Ensure that copy rooms, kitchens, and storage areas are stocked and organized

• Help coordinate the set-up and breakdown employee events

• Work with building management on all facilities, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, maintenance and parking related issues to ensure appropriate follow-up of employee requests for services

• Oversee coffee, pantry supply and cleaning vendors in conjunction with the Facilities Manager

• Maintain adequate employee comfort levels i.e., HVAC, electrical, furniture, housekeeping, and employee moves, etc

• Maintain and schedule periodic office space maintenance, i.e. carpet, rubber & bamboo floor, shower and restroom cleaning.

• Maintain product inventory cabinets and kitchen supplies and stocked

• Assist with internal moves and new hire seating

• Monitor all office equipment to make sure it is in proper working order with minimal down times, coordinating service calls needed

• Order and monitor office supplies as needed

• Manage on and off-site storage

• Prepare and print FedEx labels as needed

• Routing and sorting of mail, Fed-Ex, UPS packages

• Work with all facilities vendors; furniture, beverages, contractors, mail, messenger, access

**Qualifications/Requirements**

• Minimum 3 years experience in facilities

• High level of customer service and attention to detail

• Ability to juggle multiple projects, priorities and re-prioritize as necessary in order to align with current business objectives

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• High level of motivation, self-starter, ability to quickly identify what needs to be accomplished

• Excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities

• Willingness to roll up your sleeves

• Ability to interact with employees at all levels

• Well organized, detail-oriented with good follow-up skills

• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
