**Responsibilities**

**Role Summary:**

The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis is an integral member of the Universal finance team, responsible for providing financial support to the Brand Development FP&A Consolidation team. The primary focus will be on consolidations, reporting, planning, and analysis. The qualified candidate must be able to multi-task, balance priorities on competing initiatives and deliver on a timely and accurate manner.

**Essential Responsibilities:**



+ Support the FP&A team in the budgeting, consolidations and financial reporting of the P&L & Free Cash Flow for the Budget, Forecast and Quarter end cycles

+ Maintain the Headquarters’ P&L and own the detailed COS and OPEX supporting schedules

+ Manage the Free Cash Flow model and partner with accounting to develop the forecast and track it against actuals

+ Assist in the Quarter End process and reporting to the Studio HQ

+ Assist in the preparation of senior management presentations for the Budget, Forecast, Quarter End and Studio financial reviews cycles

+ Own the Brand Development revenue data and provide ad hoc analysis as needed

+ Support the Cost teams of the centralized functions by providing biweekly updates/reports on Actuals vs. Budget/Forecast

+ Manage the Brand Development Headcount and partner with the LOBs and HR to ensure accurate reporting to Corporate

+ Assist in the planning process of the Budget/Forecast cycles

+ Assist in the preparation of the Studio HQ deliverables and be the FP&A liaison with the HQ teams

**Qualifications/Requirements**

Basic Qualifications:



+ Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field

+ FP&A experience required. P&L experience including Cash Flow analysis preferred.

+ CPA and Big 4 experience preferred

+ Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency including modeling and strong experience with SAP proficiency preferred.

+ Minimum 3-5 years experience in finance/accounting experience.

+ General accounting knowledge preferred

+ Ability to interact with all levels of managementEligibility Requirements:
