i. Leading the Company’s financial monthly/quarterly forecast, annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis and special projects in the area of Universal, Paramount, and Overhead cost.

ii. Consolidate and prepare regular reporting (RXX, Dashboard, budget etc) and communicate well with local Management team and UPIE / Paramount HQ Finance in L.A.

iii. Identify and track risks and opportunities, proactively drive actions with the finance, sales, marketing and operations teams to maximise profit.

iv. Responsible for Overhead expenses for all departments and office expenses, working closely with other departments. Lead expense control and plan for the team.

v. Support Operation team in Inventory and cost-out management

vi. Support ad hoc reporting and analysis for the team

vii. Manage the team and supervise and train financial analyst(s)

viii. Join cross-departmental projects and assist the team in the financial viewpoint

Skills & Experience

・Relevant work experience in a Consumer Products business, in a finance function (e.g., working experience in a finance/ FP&A function of an English working environment)

・Solid accounting background & technical expertise

・Strong analytical skills

・Ability to analyze and report on relevant business performance metrics

・Strong organization skills

・Strong communication skills - confidence & presence to interact with, and occasionally present to, senior executives

・Strong English Language skill (bilingual preferred)

・Advanced Excel skills

・Advanced PowerPoint skills, including ability to "tell a story" using PowerPoint
