• BA Degree or higher in Motion, Visual or Graphic Design, (OR) Combined work experience with designing for social, video and mobile platforms.

• 2+ year’s experience conceptualizing, developing and executing branded content, Graphics and animations.

• Advanced level of proficiency with Adobe CC including After Effects and Photoshop are required.

• Intermediate level of proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Experience creating visual media in a variety of formats.

• Understanding of and experience in branded content creation.

**Desired Characteristics**

• Great understanding of pop culture and digital trends.

• Strong design sensibilities.

• Fundamental understanding of how visual media lives on popular social media outlets.

• Extreme attention to detail.

• Team player with strong Graphic Design, Animation, Video Composition, Motion Design and Typography Skills.

• Experience working in a fast paced environment with multiple projects, priorities and deadlines.

• Extremely strong skills in image compositing, motion/animation, digital production and the creation of design assets for multiple campaigns.

• Passionate self-starter with high-level of initiative, ownership and disciplined design approach.

• Able to work independently and with large teams to present ideas verbally and visually.

• Understand the value of regular and effective communication & team-based problem solving.

• Knowledge of new and emerging trends for digital marketing, design and advertising.

• Experience working within a fast-paced environment across internal and external teams.

• Experience working on complex creative campaigns with consumer focused marketing.

• Broadcast Network, Film Studio, Digital Agency Experience, and/or experience with touch enabled devices and for Consumer Entertainment Brands are a HUGE PLUS.

• Entertainment, Consumer Electronics & Lifestyle Brand experience are a BIG PLUS. A strong portfolio showcasing broad range samples of multi-platform visual design is a MUST.
