**Responsibilities**

Responsibilities



+ Partner with the Director of Human Resources to provide broad HR support for UCP and Wilshire Studios

+ Operate as the point HR business partner for the Wilshire Studios production organization, providing HR guidance/expertise while demonstrating deep understanding of HR practices and business operations

+ Manage key HR initiatives, including: performance management, organization planning, compensation planning, and learning and development

+ Provide HR guidance to employees and managers regarding employee relations issues and investigations and, when necessary, in partnership with legal

+ Work to resolve employee and organizational issues in a proactive and positive manner

+ Manage staffing process working with clients and talent acquisition partners to identify recruitment strategies, ensuring diverse candidates slates and top quality candidate selection

+ Additional duties as assigned

**Qualifications/Requirements**

Basic Qualifications



+ Bachelor’s Degree required

+ Minimum 3 years relevant HR experience including recruiting, employee relations, and organizational developmentEligibility Requirements
