**Responsibilities**

The International Business Engagement Manager/Snr. Manager is responsible for gaining an understanding of, and advocating for technology needs (systems, enhancements, etc.) of the regional UBD busineses, for acting as International PoC for all UBD global technology rollouts, for working with the global and regional teams to facilitate communication around Technology initiatives, and to act as a member of the UBD Technology leadership team. The International Business Engagement Manager will at times work with internal executives and management, licensees and agents, members of the NBCU International Technology team, and key third-party business partners, , software and PS vendors. Selected candidate will be responsible for business engagement across the full spectrum of UBD International functional stakeholders. Will normally hold lead responsibility for international component of all UBD technology rollouts including requirements, testing, training, and the ultimate delivery of business value.

**Qualifications/Requirements**

Responsibilities include:

• Act as primary Technology PoC for members of International UBD team

• Coordinate and manage changing priorities from the International team into the Global Technology group, and vice versa.



Applications

• Contribute to delivery of quality solutions that meet desired business outcomes for all functions, for example for all UBD business functions (i.e., Finance, BI & Analytics, Sales, PD, Creative, Legal).

• Evaluate and contribute to the selection of technical solutions based on business requirements and standards.

• Participate in requirements and design sessions as well as being responsible for the successful International delivery of business solutions.

• Coordinate or deliver access provisioning and training.



Infrastructure IT equipment and accessories

• Setting guidelines and policy based on specific BD requirements

• Coordinate with all local IT teams in International to ensure smooth provisioning and maintenance by the local teams

• Coordinate employee IT onboarding in collaboration with the local IT team



Service Desk support

• Ensure that the local service desk support understands BD needs and provides ongoing support as required



Project Management

• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, risk and issue logs, budget/ongoing project forecast of resources and materials and other project related artifacts.



Stakeholder Management and communication

• Work closely with US IT team on Applications strategy and delivery

• Frequent communication with the London corporate IT group and in country IT teams in relation to infrastructure IT equipment and Service Desk support

• Communication and reporting with senior business stakeholders to assess needs in regions

• Working closely with the BD leadership group to provide progress updates



Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience with the system capabilities, business processes and data across the major business functions for studio rights-out licensing business models

• Extensive experience developing and managing business engagement and demand management programs with senior business stakeholders

• Full scope experience developing solutions including requirements collection, solution architecture, development and delivery

• Proven experience in developing and delivering requirements roadmaps and packaging those requirements into releases

• Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels

• Able to bring clarity and progress to topics despite being given incomplete or conflicting requirements

• Versatility and flexibility to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
