SUMMARY:Support survey administration, data gathering, data entry, data analysis and survey location proctoring, written comment typing, coding, qualitative and quantitative analysis. Provide Administrative and analytical support for other HR/OD Process requiring presentations of data/information and maintenance of systems/processes (e.g. succession planning, performance management, team effectiveness sessions, focus groups, etc.). Provide exemplary guest service by assisting and satisfying client needs.







ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:





+ Proctor survey administration locations (e.g., greet Team Members, checking in/participation tracking, assist with survey set up and offer paper/online options, location set up/breakdown of materials); at times act as Lead at location with direct liaison to Organization Development (OD) Mgmt team.



+ Provide administrative support associated with paper online survey administration, including collating, copying, scanning paper surveys and associated data files, updating of survey forms and typing handwritten comments/notes.



+ Enter data and manipulate files using Microsoft Office products associated with survey administration and other HR/OD processes requiring presentations of data/information (e.g., succession planning, performance management, assessments, etc).



+ Conduct basic/intermediate data analysis for other OD functions such as ad hoc surveys, team effectiveness sessions, focus groups and interviews, process training/education sessions, etc.



+ Support Organization Development Team in providing responses to clients on major process questions, including utilizing online systems for producing reports, researching questions and referencing data.



+ Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established Universal Orlando policy, procedures, training and Team Member involvement activities.







+ Perform other duties as assigned.













Requirements







REQUIREMENTS:





+ In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution



+ Current class standing of Sophomore or above



+ Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above (official transcripts available upon request)



+ Consistent attendance is a job requirement



+ Approximate dates of this internship are from May 2017 – August 2017



+ Availability requirement typically includes 24-40 hours per week; Monday through Friday



+ Preferred majors include: I-O Psychology, Organizational Development, Market Research, Human Resources, Psychology, Business



+ Preferred coursework completed: Research Methods, Statistics, Organizational Behaviors, Organizational Development









PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:





+ Analytical and critical thinking combined with strong written communication and summarization skills



+ Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action



+ Able to summarize/synthesize large amounts of qualitative information



+ Must be efficient in Microsoft Office Programs including, but not limited to: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Access a plus



+ Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities and organization



+ Exceptional attention to detail



+ Superior written & verbal communication skills



+ Work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to deadlines

In order to be considered, a resume is required with your application and must include major, anticipated graduation date and cumulative GPA.



Recent graduates will not be eligible for this program.



Universal Orlando does not provide housing. Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation.
