• Serve as the first point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance

• Respond to tickets in a timely matter and be able to provide basic support, and reassign tickets to IT Analyst as needed

• Utilize two separate ticketing systems, ServiceNow and Fresh Service

• Provide desk side support as needed.

• Follow-up with end users and update customer status and information in the ticketing system


Basic Qualifications:

• GED or High School Diploma

• Experience with windows operating systems (server and desktop), basic networking functions (port forwarding, DHCP, etc) and troubleshooting peripherals and mobile devices

• Exceptional communication and documentation skills

• Excellent organizational skills

• Must be able to lift 40 lbs

• Must be able to work flexible schedules which may include early mornings, late nights and/or weekends as needed.

• Must be 18 years or greater

• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

• Must have valid driver’s license

• Must have ability to work any of a 24x7 shift

• Must accept Solutions, NBCUniversal’s Dispute resolution program

**Desired Characteristics** • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
