**Responsibilities**

**Qualifications/Requirements**

• Supporting the EMEA Producing team to ensure that commercial assets are delivered on time and to brief.

• Fact checking, research and story finding for video assets and native article content.

• Working in collaboration with the producers and freelance editors to deliver commercial content.

• Actively contributing ideas to pitch meetings and brain storms.

• Receiving and executing client briefs for the production of digital banners, (MPU’s and leaderboards), ensuring these are successfully delivered to the commercial digital team.

• Receiving, logging and ingesting all raw material received from shoots, third-party company’s and clients. Ensuring these are stored and archived appropriately.

• Managing the Catalyst inventory of hard drives and ensuring that these are catalogued, signed in and out accordingly and re-formatted once material is ingested.

• Working with the production assistant to keep an up to date deliverables list for all active project, requesting and logging house numbers from the commercial traffic team and noting when projects are fully delivered.

• Tracking clip numbers for all third party material and passing these to the production manager to ensure that they are licenced properly.

• Assisting producers by putting together basic timelines in Premier Pro and re-exporting files in different formats as required.

• Providing support on location shoots.



SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS



Essential:

• Previous professional experience as a researcher or production assistant.

• An understanding of editorial rules and policies.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and able to build strong relationships.

• Outstanding organization skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and effectively prioritise workload.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Confidence using Adobe Premier Pro and Photoshop.



Desirable:

• Previous experience working across commercials, current affairs and native content.
