Universal OrlandoLead Wardrobe Attendants support management with directing and coordinating activities of department and employees.



Lead Wardrobe Attendantsat Universal Orlando are responsible for:





+ Providing work direction to team members.



+ Communicating performance, behavior standards, and expectations; providing feedback for recognition and performance improvement.



+ Capturing written behaviors using the Lead Observation Report to support.



+ Assisting with training new and current employees; assigning who will provide daily training.



+ Informing employees of current and new company policies and procedures.



+ Observing and directing staff member’s compliance with wardrobe and grooming standards.



+ Performing job duties as described in non-lead job description.



+ Understanding and actively participating in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established Universal Orlando policies, procedures, training and Team Member involvement activities.



+ Performing other duties as assigned.













Requirements







To perform the role of a Lead Wardrobe Attendant successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.





+ Consistent attendance and punctuality is a job requirement.



+ High school diploma or GED.



+ 0-1 Year: Employed by UO for a minimum of 90 days required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.



+ Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.



+ Ability to write simple correspondence.



+ Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.



+ Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals and ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.



+ Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.



+ Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations





The physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an individual to successfully perform the essential functions of the Lead Wardrobe Attendant job.





+ While performing the duties of this job, the individual is regularly (2/3 or more of time) stand; walk; talk or hear; lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.



+ While performing the duties of this job, the individual is frequently (1/3 to 2/3 of time) reach with hands and arms.



+ While performing the duties of this job, the individual is occasionally (less than 1/3 of time) crouch or crawl; lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.



+ Specific vision abilities required by this job include: Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less), Color Vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors), Peripheral Vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point).

+ While performing the duties of this job, the individual is regularly (2/3 or more of time) exposed to work near moving mechanical parts.



+ While performing the duties of this job, the individual is occasionally (less than 1/3 of time)exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals, risk of electrical shock.



+ While performing this job, the noise level in the work environment is moderate.
