We are looking for an accomplished application support person ideally proficient with iManage WorkSite. You will still enjoy application support work but also enjoy working directly with a defined user group and taking responsibility for building an in-depth understanding of their requirements. The role will serve as a liaison between the Legal Technology group based in Philadelphia and International Legal end users. Whilst you will be part of a small global support team based primarily in the US, you will be the sole technical specialist in London so must be confident working independently within a legal function group. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Primary application support for the International end user group and secondary support for other communities as required for iManage WorkSite (formerly known as Autonomy iManage), Contract Management, Legal Entity Management and other Legal Technology and any new technology applications that are to be rolled out

- Troubleshoot issues, open vendor/IT support tickets where required, ensuring issues are tracked and resolved providing real time configuration support and back up support.

- Collaborate with other members of the team on common customer issues; help team members as needed.

- Escalation of potential risks and issues of importance.

- Conduct and oversight of requirements gathering, functional analysis, and design activities related to existing and new legal applications.

- Define and refine requirements working with stakeholders and communicate these clearly to the Legal Technology Department

- Participation in the definition, testing, implementation and support of legal system requirements.

- Assist in the development and maintenance of user documentation.

- Creation of curriculum and provide user training

- Build relationships and collaborate with other IT groups within the NBCU and Comcast businesses



- Requires 2-3+ years of application support experience with a demonstrable interest in business analytics.

- Corporate Legal, Media or Law Firm experience highly preferred.

- Hands on experience implementing and supporting Document Management, Contract Management systems and related Legal Technology solutions.

- Demonstrate honesty, integrity and professionalism at all times.

- Innovative problem-solver who can generate workable solutions and resolve issues.

- Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects/tasks.

- Ability to apply broad business knowledge and practical experience to the analysis / solution generation process.

Technical Requirements:

- Excellent Microsoft Office and related technology expertise.

- Proficiency with iManage Work (formerly HP Autonomy WorkSite), DeskSite, Milan, Workshare, etc.

- Proficiency with SQL desired.

- Advanced Excel knowledge highly desired.

- Project Management experience helpful.

- Microsoft Office macro scripting (Word/Excel) is a plus.

Educational/Certificate Requirements:

- Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Project Management Certification a plus.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Creates, updates, and preserves important corporate records.

- Possesses knowledge of the law and legal processes.

- Demonstrates excellent organization, communication, and time management skills.

- Oversees the planning and execution of customer meetings as needed.

- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.

- Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
