**Responsibilities**

Main Responsibility:

Core team member for consumer-focused marketing communications for NBC News shows (TODAY, Nightly News, other brands in the NBC News portfolio, and NBC News digital platforms.) Manage strategic marketing activities per show and partner with internal and external teams towards achieving show-branding goals.



Job Duties

Brand Management:



+ Work with the Senior Director, Brand Marketing on the development and execution of consumer-focused marketing activity including on-air, digital and other off-air marketing communications.

+ Manage brand marketing communications for one or more shows and digital properties, including building marketing plans to meet business goals. Partner with show producers to define, promote, and build their brands. Work on the development of all on- and off-channel marketing communications including strategy development, creative briefing, topical promotion and campaign execution.

+ Partner with cross-company departments (local affiliate, cable affiliate, ad sales marketing, digital) to create and manage creative assets to be used in various channels for brand promotion. all on-air and off-channel marketing communications including strategy development, creative briefing, topical promotion and campaign execution.

+ Oversee brand coordinator on all day-to-day responsibilities.Marketing Communication Development & Project Management:

+ Responsible for seeing campaign elements through execution and delivery, including writing creative briefs and providing strategic creative feedback.

+ Manage off-air marketing planning, ideation and execution for OTT and digital platforms.

+ Responsible for maintaining and distributing project timeline and deliverables communication to the cross-functional team on a regular basis (including morning and end of day snapshot emails, promo deadlines, deliverable specs)

+ Provide leadership and direction over promotion priorities and media placements.

**Qualifications/Requirements**

Basic Qualifications



+ Minimum of 5 years in a strategic Marketing environment, including client relationship management, or a similar size media organization or advertising agency

+ Minimum of 2 years of creative Brief developmentAdditional Job Requirements
