**Responsibilities**

• Work with the Sr. Director of E! to aid in the strategy and planning of linear campaigns

• Develop and execute network VOD/TVE Inventory and strategy across consumer group

• Analyze network ratings and competitive landscapes to tweak the linear strategy as needed for E!

• Run point on all one-off barter exchanges with all networks under the NBCU portfolio

• Maintain a barter calendar for E! to track what was given by each net as well as the data behind each barter exchange

• Run point for all symphony priorities across the NBCU portfolio and working directly with other networks promo scheduling teams

• Run point on all Network Partnership executions and manage special formats

• Liaise and work with creative and marketing teams of E! to ensure timely and accurate promo delivery.

• Review E! daily logs to ensure proper scheduling strategy is being utilized

• Establish & maintain a relationship with Media Operations Center

• Aid in the creating and request of secondary elements from the Media Operations Center

• Be proficient in all department software such as, Rovi, Sintec, Freewheel and ProM

• Be on call for off-hour MOC requests

**Qualifications/Requirements**

• Minimum of 4 years previous Marketing & Promo Scheduling experience

**Desired Characteristics**

• Knowledge / experience of Sintec, ROVI, GripIt, ProM or a promo/traffic scheduling system is a plus

• Excellent communication skills and must be a team player

• Ability to interface with various departments and interact professionally with all levels.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Able to solve problems, make quick decisions, and work independently

• Must be detail and deadline oriented, with great time management skills

• Able to conceptually visualize and understand the many moving parts of programming, traffic and promotion scheduling teams

• Flexible self-starter, able to work well under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
