**Responsibilities**

• Manage the team’s responsibility for E! marketing campaign tracking and provide insight pre & post campaign.

• Construct POV’s on methods for cross platform (linear + digital) campaign tracking & evaluation.

• Partner with research team and analytics team to provide marketing stakeholders with detailed research debriefs to inform media planning.

• Identify market trends and customer insights and translate into actionable ideas and strategies.

• Stay abreast of television, OTT and research industry news, trends and best practices

• Develop internal research schedule and calendar for team to identify key dates and timings to plan, commission and deliver research.

• Plan out E!’s promotional GRP load on a week to week basis based on network priorities for both primary and secondary events.

• Ensure that communication of current initiatives, promotions, and campaigns are accurately, timely, and effectively communicated and managed with all appropriate personnel and departments

• Survey design and analysis relating to promo and marketing queries.

• Act as point person and research liaison with external media agency on all queries supporting E! media plans

• Targeting, content optimization, and measurement of multiple daily campaigns across channels including on-air and off-air messaging

• Building campaigns, testing and optimizing channels to hit internal KPI goal

• Own regular performance reporting and support ad-hoc data requests

• Support Marketing team on all priority projects and primary research initiatives.

**Qualifications/Requirements**

• At least 2-3 years of related experience preferably at TV network brand or media agency

• Understanding of TV ratings and Nielsen measurement currency, syndicated data, reach frequency analysis, consumer life cycle management

• Working knowledge of TV measurement tools required.

• Comfortable working with large quantitative and qualitative datasets
