Manager of Creative Operations will be responsible for planning and monitoring the day-to-day operations strategy of network campaigns and special projects across Marketing Shared Service Unit supporting Telemundo, Universo, Sports and News.

**Responsibilities**

• Manage operational aspects of campaigns and special projects, which includes workflow, timelines and asset distribution.

• Create and maintain working documents for individual projects making sure all documents are organized and tracked on a timely fashion.

• Facilitate planning between Creative and Marketing teams; providing regular updates to establish project priorities, communicate milestones and deadlines.

• Works collaboratively and proactively with external teams to assess project requirements and ensure efficient development and delivery of assets per the marketing/creative plan.

• Traffic creative workflow from conception through project completion.

• Anticipate problems and consistently communicate to stakeholders about updates on progress, relevant delays or issues and budget implications.

• Manage sections of the Promotions budget and accompanying contractual requirements; ensuring adequate spending levels, adherence to forecast and budget targets, and contractual terms.

• Understand production and technical standards, and properly deploy and communicate them to internal partners and 3rd party companies we engage in business with.

• Act as liaison between 3rd party companies and all internal departments (i.e. Business & Legal, Rights & Clearances, Standards & Practices, Creative, GFXs, Marketing, etc.).

• Able to troubleshoot and deal with any unique situations that may arise.

• Capable of recommending optimization of tools and process and able to execute changes.

• Creative advocate, understanding creative process and strives to maintain creative integrity.

• Demonstrate knowledge and leadership ability to explain and implement company policies and procedures, including vendor review and hiring, production insurance, legal clearances, music usage and all other legal related matters.

• Collaborate with Director to create SOPs, workflow programs and deploy related systems to ensure optimal operating levels.

**Qualifications/Requirements**

• At least 6+ years of experience in the cable, satellite or terrestrial television industry with an emphasis on creative and production support services.

• Computer literacy with particular emphasis on Excel, PPT & Visio.

• Thorough understanding of project management phases; techniques and tools.

• Demonstrate previous process improvement efforts.

• Ability in Project Management tools.

• PMP and/or Six Sigma training a plus.

• Fluency in English and Spanish a plus.
