The Corporate Communications team partners with all areas and territories within NBCUniversal International to represent employees and businesses on both internal and external platforms. The team are responsible for managing and distributing our internal communication channels, championing our Enterprise Social Network, reinforcing our company strategy through large scale employee events, and showcasing NBCUniversal International’s successes externally on social media.



• Implement high-impact and innovative communications strategies to achieve comprehensive employee engagement

• Oversee and curate existing internal comms channels. This includes copywriting articles, editing stories and submissions, managing the site, coding and distribution content as well as prioritizing stories and pulling together a cohesive editorial calendar

• Liaise with external agencies on management of technical upkeep of internal channels

• Track measurement and drive engagement for Inform as well as manage the CMS in the backend of internal employee social network

• Oversee monthly internal video highlights newsletter such as sourcing content, writing scripts, direct voiceover sessions, editing, and distribution to employees and securing talent for intros

• Create content and designs for internal channels to support an enhanced Employee Experience and maintain high creative standards

• Manage Digital and Social Coordinator, Corporate Communications to support the day-to-day administration of all digital screens and internal channels

• Direct ad hoc motion graphics, videos, and in-house productions, including voiceover artists

• Seek out opportunities to promote divisions, initiatives, and leaders in internal channels

• Partner with HR and external agency to develop and drive a strategic social media plan that reflects the company’s brand and objectives

• Create compelling video and content for social platforms

• Liaise with social media owners across the company to gain visibility of divisional content and information being shared socially

• Support strategy and implantation of internal comms plan to create an increased global approach across all territories and drive continued growth of digital comms across existing and emerging platforms

• Promote the company’s International profile with our US based comms vehicles including success stories via intranet and weekly newsletter

• Reinforce Employee Value Proposition by creatively integrating consistent US brand and messaging across global campaigns

• Manage the implementation of an external facing business video updates

• Provide support for planning and day-of logistics for major staff events such as Town Halls, Best Advice, Lunch and Learn, Leadership Offsites

• Create and assist with printed materials, assets and videos for events and presentations

• Act as company photographer and videographer at internal events


• Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

• Interest in media and digital communications

• Exceptional eye for detail, design and proofreading skills

• Strong social media, digital and creative skills

• Enthusiastic and ‘can-do’ attitude

• Good understanding of current issues and challenges in the evolving media industry landscape

• Ability to prioritize and juggle numerous projects and deadlines within an extremely fast paced and high volume environment

• Strong interpersonal, flexible and collaborative approach to work well in a team and across businesses and geographies

• Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines

• Proactive approach with a resourceful aptitude

• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

• Awareness of events and current affairs in media industry
