**Responsibilities**

The Digital Media Manager is responsible for Search Engine Marketing and Display media planning and execution. This position is largely focused on performance-based media including CPC, CPA, programmatic channels, etc. You will have the opportunity to be a part of a fast growing digital team, focused on driving measurable results through digital media and advertising. Prior entertainment and/or travel industry experience is preferred and the ideal candidate would have previous experience implementing tactics to support performance-driving media with media agency partners. This position reports to the Director of Social and Digital Media.



●Develop, implement and ensure digital display and search strategies are working in coordination with the other digital media channels to reach blended KPI goals.



●Possess an understanding of keyword research, keyword expansions, ad copy creation, ad copy execution, bid changes, campaign performance tracking & reporting, A/B testing, analysis



●Manage day-to-day search and digital display planning and execution with media agency.



●Coordination of creative assets and tags with creative teams and media agency.



●Monitor and actively optimize against campaign performance, ensuring campaigns are delivering against KPI’s.



●Work with the analytics teams to provide insights into search and display performance in line with the full digital media strategy.



●Manage affiliate marketing agency and other partners to grow traffic and revenue

**Qualifications/Requirements**

●Minimum 3-5 years’ of progressive experience working in digital media including display, video, mobile and search engine marketing



●Proven experience driving search/display/video strategy and execution



●Previous success with mobile media strategy



●Ability to provide direction in paid media strategies to support business growth



●Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Economics, etc. MBA/MA a plus.



●Proficient in Microsoft Office suite specifically, Excel and Power Point



●Passion for data analytics and measurability



●Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities



●Ability to work efficiently in a fast-pace environment



●High level of accuracy and attention to detail



●Ability to maintain a big picture perspective as well as be detail-oriented is essential.



●Self-motivated, but also can work well in a team



●Ability to proactively organize daily tasks



●Must be willing to work in Universal City



●Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

**Desired Characteristics**

●Affiliate marketing experience a plus



●Paid Social experience a plus.
