The Experiential Marketing Manager is responsible for bringing together promotional initiatives, brand related projects and experiential marketing efforts to support Telemundo, Universo and Telemundo Deportes’ brands & programming priorities. As media consumption evolves, the position will find new ways of connecting brands to consumers and looking at experiential thru more of a digital and social lens. It will collaborate both with internal constituents as well as with external partners, agencies and vendors to ideate and execute activations to increase awareness, acquisition and loyalty for Telemundo, Universo and Telemundo Deportes and its programs.

**Responsibilities**

• Identify new marketing opportunities and innovative ways of approaching experiential events to connect with consumers with the portfolio brands (Telemundo, Universo and Telemundo Deportes)

• Develop briefs and work with experiential agencies on ideas to implement consumer-facing events for the promotion of Entertainment and Sports priorities

• Execute consumer events, promotions, sweepstakes in line with network objectives

• Coordinate the production and delivery of assets, materials for our experiential events making sure they meet time, quality & budget requirements

• Find Sponsorship opportunities to integrate brand(s) in key local markets (L.A., NY, Houston, Dallas, Miami, Chicago, San Francisco)

• Identify and connect with new potential vendors/agencies which come with a fresh approach as well as provide constant inspiration based on ever changing industry and market trends

• Serve as liaison with the Affiliate Marketing team, as well as with the Owned and Operates Stations in the fulfillment of requirements for their own local activations.

• Work in conjunction with the Talent and Publicity departments to take advantage of opportunities for leveraging talent presence in local markets for Consumer Marketing events.

• Pro-Actively pitch new marketing ideas

• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions

• Create playbooks and post-mortems for each experiential event

• Assist in budget control and management

**Qualifications/Requirements**

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing related field or equivalent professional qualification

• Fully Bilingual (Spanish-English). Written and spoken Spanish is a must

• Availability to travel for business purposes

• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Keynote is a plus

• Minimum 3-5 years of Marketing related experience. Experiential or Consumer Marketing preferred. Background in Entertainment Industry a plus.

• Socially savvy

• Digital experience a plus

• Experience in developing compelling presentation materials and proposals, formal presentation skills.

• Experience in budget stewardship

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

• Ability to take initiative and ensure projects are completed on time, budget and quality standards

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Creative spirit

• High attention to detail
