**Role Summary:**

The Manager Global Brand Marketing Catalog is responsible for maximizing revenue and profitability by fully exploiting the UPHE Catalog.

The Manager reviews relevant data and provides key insights to the Director for the development of the annual plan to deliver against UPHE financial targets. The Manager supports the development of long-term strategy and tactical opportunities, which build on consumer insights to maximize Catalog profitability and consumer engagement. In addition, the Manager defines the release strategy and executes the launch of new and existing Catalog titles. The Manager also reviews all elements of marketing including media, publicity, retail marketing, promotions, and digital marketing as well as help manage agency performance and costs to ensure optimum marketing campaigns are executed.

This role must maintain a deep understanding of the Universal Library content to maximize commercial potential both internally and externally.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

Product and Marketing:

+ Apply industry, consumer, and retail insights into product development and campaign planning to drive thought leadership and innovation.

+ Assist in the development of long-term strategies and manage the tactical execution.

+ Collaborate with NA Sales, NA Customer Marketing, and OpCos to develop promotional ideas and discuss placement opportunities.

+ Brief, review and approve creative assets for products and marketing campaigns.

+ Propose title selection for distribution licensing deals.

+ Propose list of potential film screenings to tie into anniversaries, drafting or catalog events.

+ Compile information needed for Senior Management Team (SMT) quarterly review of campaign plans and performance.

+ Contribute to Global moratorium strategy for re-releases including identifying timing, identifying SKUs, and drafting liquidation lists for NA.

+ Understand and share best practices across all OpCos to inspire growth and challenge category norms.

+ Develop plans to manage and address excess inventory.Financials:

+ Work with Director to review monthly financial data and POS reports, comparing to title performance and funding spend submitted by sales team for retail programs.

+ Review distribution licensing deals to analysis and identify upside, potential conflicts, and terms.

+ Work with NA Customer Marketing to analyze Temporary Price Reduction (TPR) plans.

+ Support Director and Customer Marketing to optimize pricing across the product’s lifecycle.

+ Manage the “Made on Demand” program to identify opportunities and drive incremental growth.

+ Review and approve purchase orders.Analysis:

+ Analyze competitive landscape, industry trends, historical performance and consumer data in order to inform the product release strategy and marketing campaigns.

+ Conduct post-campaign analysis to identify relevant trends and help guide future strategies and tactics.

+ Review market landscape in key OpCos and determine trends for additional review. Communicate relevant findings to the broader organization.

+ Analyze pricing elasticity. Communications:

+ Drive agenda and lead WebEx / Calls with all OpCos, ensuring OpCos receive relevant information prior to and actively participate in the meetings.

+ Review marketing decks drafted by the Assistant Brand Manager.

+ Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the internal marketing teams as well as external partners to optimize collaboration and identify opportunities.


Basic Qualifications:

+ BA/BS Required

+ Minimum 3 years of consumer marketing experience with a demonstrated ability to proactively lead initiatives to make a positive difference at a consumer-centric organizationEligibility Requirements:
