NBC Sports Regional Networks, part of the NBC Sports Group, consist of 9 regional networks that deliver more than 2,400 live sporting events annually, along with award-winning breaking news, comprehensive analysis, digital content and original programming to more than 43 million homes. One of those networks is SNY, an Emmy Award winning, multiplatform regional sports network serving approximately eight million homes in the New York Metropolitan area and 12 million homes across the country through unparalleled coverage of the New York Mets, Jets and all things New York sports. SNY is the official television home of the New York Mets, televising more than 125 live games each season with exclusive pre- and post-game programs, plus additional Mets entertainment programming airing throughout the calendar year. Basic Qualifications

• BA/BS in Human Resources or related field

• Minimum of 5 years professional experience in generalist HR experience or other relevant roles, with an emphasis on employee relations and investigations

**Desired Characteristics**

• Working knowledge of SAP

• Previous experience with a technical workforce

• Solid employee-relations skillset; can earn trust and credibility with employees in assigned groups

• Strong business acumen, facilitation, conflict resolution and communication skills

• Ability to build relationships internally and externally, and influence without direct authority

• Must be a team player

• Project and process management skills, demonstrated track record of delivering results

• Open and easily approachable

• Working knowledge of applicable Federal, State and local laws and regulations related to the Human Resource function (ADA, FMLA, FLSA, etc.)

• Proficient with Office & Windows programs, and HRIS systems
