Proactively manage the planning and implementation of all GolfNow promotions aimed at growing subscriber acquisition and/or managing customer retention while coordinating efforts among multiple internal and external teams.


Lead the development and execution of marketing promotions within the GolfNow marketing team. The IMC Marketing Manager will help manage new subscriber acquisition and customer retention through the development and execution of partnerships, online campaigns, referral programs, promotional programs and events, in an effort to drive traffic, subscribers, bookers, rounds and revenue on a local and national basis.

This role will work closely with all departments within the GolfNow and Golf Channel to drive profitable growth and build awareness. Additionally, this role is the critical liaison between GolfNow’s local and regional sales teams, revenue teams, product and technology teams in developing, communicating, executing and measuring marketing initiatives.

This person should be highly creative, self-motivated, strategic, curious and work well both independently and collaboratively. Must have a high level of digital marketing proficiency, be a great communicator and be a great leader and motivator. The ability to monitor and measure key trends and move quickly to leverage opportunities and drive results is critical.


+ Manage the strategy, development and implementation of offline and online marketing programs and promotions

+ Act as a liaison between internal divisions to coordinate and implement promotions and other converged marketing activity

+ Manage local and national marketing programs, including grass roots marketing initiatives

+ Schedule, manage, traffic and report on GolfNow creative across all internal and external media, including television, digital and CRM

+ Support field requests and initiatives

+ Work closely with third-party vendors and internal departments to ensure consistency of programs and promotions across all channels

+ Evaluate and negotiate media proposals from external vendors

+ Track campaigns, prepare performance analysis reports of post campaigns and make recommendations for future promotions

+ Weekly updates on on-going projects to manager and Marketing VP when necessary


+ BS/BA degree required, Preferred in Marketing, Business, Communications or related degree.

+ 3 - 5 years of relevant marketing experience including events, online and offline mediums

+ Experience in developing successful creative consumer campaigns

+ 1-2 years Media planning/buying experience

+ Understanding of online measurement practices and tactics (Omniture, Google Analytics, Tableau)

+ Knowledge of marketing tactics and best practices including segmentation, CRM and media planning

+ Excellent writing skills, with strong attention to detail

+ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of management.

+ Ability to travel and work events

+ Golf knowledge a must

+ Must possess a valid state driver’s license

+ Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, managing several projects simultaneously and setting priorities with minimal supervision

+ Work well in fast paced, team oriented environment

+ Punctual, regular and consistent attendance
