•Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is required; majors in Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration or related field preferred

•Minimum 5 years of progressive, relevant experience required

•Demonstrated experience with marketing analysis, business case development, and financial modeling

•Proficiency in at least one query language (e.g. SQL) and one general programming language (e.g. Python)

•Extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and a business intelligence or visualization system (e.g. MicroStrategy or Domo)

**Desired Characteristics**

•MBA or Master’s in Finance or Analytics preferred

•Proven capability to lead both direct reports as well as peer partners

•Ability to evaluate and execute complex analyses effectively and efficiently using large data sets from multiple sources

•Prior experience developing statistical models to explain business results

•Ability to manage a high volume of details with excellent accuracy

•Strong time management skills to effectively contribute to multiple projects in an efficient manner

•Effectively handle sensitive and confidential matters

•Attention to detail and strong follow-up
