**Responsibilities**

Job Purpose

The Multi-Platform Planning and Scheduling Manager is primarily responsible for supporting the Senior Director in the planning and scheduling process of all digital promo inventory. The Manger plays a central role in keeping communication flowing across production, off-air media, and the larger video marketing team.



Essential Responsibilities:



+ Inputting and maintaining all digital promo schedules providing daily reporting and optimization recommendations to senior staff

+ Assist the platform scheduling team with strategic recommendations to drive FEP views across all NBC owned platforms

+ Facilitate all creative deliverable needs between internal creative teams and ad operations for all digital promo

+ Serve as a liaison with the NBC paid media team providing regular reporting and status checks on all placements and performance.

+ Participate with the larger Hulu internal marketing team on company-wide initiatives

+ Assist the NBC Platform and media team with any ad hoc projects

**Qualifications/Requirements**

Basic Qualifications:



+ Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years of digital experience coming from publisher side, ad operations, media planning side, or buying side.Eligibility Requirements:

+ Interested candidates must submit a resume/CV online to be considered

+ Willingness to work overtime and on weekends with short notice; having a flexible schedule to work is key for this role

+ Must be willing to work in Universal City, CA

+ Must be willing to submit to a background investigation

+ Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

+ Must be 18 years or older

+ Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Program

+ Strong organizational and time management skills

+ Strong knowledge of ad servers

+ Experience using scheduling systems such as Freewheel

+ Familiarity with automated buying platforms

+ Agency or digital publisher experience preferred

+ Strong knowledge and understanding of the television and SVOD industry

+ Team spirit, self-motivation, proactive nature and collaborative attitude
