**Responsibilities**

• Pre-Production:

• Identify integration opportunities for our investment companies to be incorporated into potential shows in the Development phase. Requires deep knowledge of brand positioning of investment companies and roadmap strategy to ideate and best position the opportunity

• Attend meetings with Development / Current / Production teams to identify integration opportunities in advance and where applicable, introduce cast members to the services/products prior to familiarize

• Proactively identifying categories or potential new investments that could simultaneously provide a service for Development (ie Cyrus v Cyrus needed visual rendering services that Modsy could provide)



• Production

• Ensure during integration the branding is prominently portrayed and appropriately described

• Push for social media content capture during integration shooting

• Encourage talent to blog, share, etc., when possible



• Post-Production:

• Post production: be a part of the review process to advocate on behalf of the brand integration

• Focus on maintaining the balance between entertaining and informative

• Upon confirmation that integration is going to air, confirm episode air date and coordinate with Marketing for promo time

• Work with digital/social around editorial opportunities to expand upon the integration

• Coordinate with digital team for editorial coverage and plan for air date

• Line up PR



• Airing:

• Ensure marketing promo, digital editorial coverage and social posts are coordinated during airings

• PR coverage



• Post-airing:

• Social/digital distribution of integration

• Identify other opportunities throughout the company to amplify the integration



• Attend:

• Production and development meetings

• Digital meetings

• Marketing/ Consumer marketing: discuss show integrations as well as event opportunities

• S&CG weekly meetings to report out findings and/or roadblocks

**Qualifications/Requirements**

• BA/BS or equivalent experience

• At least 3 years of production/related experience

• Proven experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook)

• Demonstrable experience with multi-platform content distribution

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external production teams

• Familiarity with branded entertainment and partnership marketing

• Demonstrated ability to think clearly and quickly under pressure

• Ability to maintain confidentiality
