**Responsibilities**

The Market Sales Manager will be responsible for driving and generating technology and distribution sales within a defined territory in the UK & Ireland. They will have a key role in realising our sales strategy through identifying and pursuing opportunities to build our client base to further imbed our market leading position.



As a key member of the Sales Team, they will have a professional approach and represent our company in a positive manner. The role involves business development, prospecting and lead generation, account management, client presentations, sales reporting, and the use of CRM systems and sales forecasting.



Key Responsibilities



• Sales – Self-motivated achievement of sales targets and delivery against strategic sales objectives.



• Distribution Acquisition – Proactively communicate with non-partner courses within the region to successfully recruit new golf club partners to the Golf Now and Teeofftimes.co.uk platforms.



• Technology Acquisition - Pitch, present, and demonstrate our technology solutions with non-partner courses within the defined region primarily based around the BRS Golf software platform.



• Involvement in the sales process from qualifying potential leads through to engagement, creating value added propositions through to closure.



• Collaborate with, coach and develop Market Sales Managers towards effective sales approaches which create a consistently positive client experience.



• Working closely with both existing and new clients and supporting the Sales Team colleagues to deliver and drive year-on-year revenue growth.



• Adoption of technology – Ensure BRS Technology customers are proactively engaged to ensure they are getting the best use from their system to aid retention, and where possible, increase technology upsells.



• Relationship Management - Build and maintain positive relationships, maximising all opportunities to develop sales from the portfolio of accounts. Proactively assesse, clarify, and validate account needs on an on-going basis in accordance with their accounts classification.



• Sales – Self-motivated, skilled sales professional with a proven record of exceeding sales targets who is proficient in presenting to both individuals and groups.



• Process Driven – Sales delivery within the agreed sales cycle with clear audit trails and updated supplier profiles within the Salesforce platform.



• Be an Ambassador – Positively representing and promoting BRS Golf, Golf Now and Teeofftimes.co.uk within and across our current and prospective client base, the wider industry and professional bodies & organisations.

**Qualifications/Requirements**

It is essential that candidates have;



• 3+ years of key account management experience and a proven ability in Identifying and securing new business.



• Strong communication skills and a proven track record of building and maintaining long term mutually beneficial working relationships.



• Experience of analysing, collating and presenting data to support proposals to current and prospective clients.



• An understanding of dynamic pricing and ability to demonstrate sound commerciality.



• Be results oriented and have a proven record of achieving targets and objectives.



• Demonstrable ability to work under pressure, managing several projects simultaneously and setting priorities.



• Understanding of IT/internet products and use.



• Experience of working effectively in a fast paced, team oriented environment.



Additional skills and experience that would be desirable;



• Education to degree level in a relevant discipline (e.g. Business/ Marketing/ IT).



• An understanding of or experience within the Golf industry and a passion for the game.



• Account Management experience within an E-Commerce environment.
