**Responsibilities**

Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager, the Marketing & Communications Executive will lead the PR & Communciations function and will also support the marketing team in the delivery of Brand and Trade Marketing campaigns for the DIVA & E! channels across South East Asia.

**Qualifications/Requirements**

Essential Responsibilities

• Creation and distribution of media materials (highlights, images) to media and affiliate contacts

• Ownership of media relations with key media outlets across the region

• Handle reactive media enquiries as well as proactively pitching stories to target media outlets

• Writing, editing and proofreading of contents including press releases, online content and internal/external EDMs, ensuring all comms are on-brand.

• Coordination and reporting of press activity daily and campaign summaries

• Synergise corporate, trade, consumer PR & publicity to support overall brand /business strategy

• Engage with and support Global team comms strategy ensuring all PR communication in market is on brand & strategy.

• Support the Marketing team in tailor made communication tools including communication messages, specific briefing documents and FAQ sheets as needed.

• Monitor and evaluate media coverage in the regions to ensure optimal message delivery.

• Assisting launch campaigns including asset delivery and localisation, premium sourcing and event co-ordination

• Managing brand partnerships and barter commitments with media partners

• Writing briefs for creative team to create brand collaterals and artworks

• Working with external vendors to conceptualise and produce channel premiums and merchandise within agreed timeframes and budget

• Other ad-hoc duties as required



SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• At least 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in a broadcast /media environment or within an agency.

• Excellent English business communication skills, written and verbal, for extensive stakeholder engagement internally, externally and internationally

• Ability to work as a team player with strong time management skills

• Good eye for detail, design and copy checking

• PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel to a high standard. Photoshop (or similar) skills an advantage.

• Highly organised to work across the breadth of marketing, skilled at multi-tasking and prioritising workload

• Enthusiastic, positive approach with a resourceful attitude and able to deal with change and manage self and team under pressure

• Ability to work in cross-cultural environment

• Passionate about film, TV and media landscape within the territory.

• Additional language beneficial.
