Supporting the marketing effort of linear broadcast clients in Europe, Middle East and Africa licensing our film and TV product.

• Managing logistics at key international markets where the company is represented (including MIPTV, MIPCOM) including all associated events – sales meetings, company dinners, programme launches, and co-ordination of efforts with all divisions who participate including channels, TV production, format sales, etc.

• Liaison with ITVP based in London to gather assets for all product in the pipeline to ensure that programmes are profiled in sales materials and distributed to our customer base post-sale.

• Support the Marketing Director with client liaison in key markets across EMEA. This includes preparation of presentation materials, co-ordination of meetings, update of action plans and reports for the sales team.

• Research and tracking details of key programme launches within EMEA on behalf of the linear marketing team.

• Ensure that licensees are presenting our films and series in the appropriate way whether on-air, online or for outdoor, sponsorship etc and advise them on the relevant guidelines. Provide technical support to clients as required.

• Collaboration with NBCU marketing teams cross-divisionally to maximise opportunities benefiting the business as a whole.


• Proven track record within a media organisation/marketing environment.

• Technical competence with broadcast materials and terminologies.

• Proven ability to handle a range of demanding tasks within tight deadlines, and preferably event management experience.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point and aptitude to learn new company specific systems.

• Excellent customer facing communication skills.

• Proactive and a self-starter able to work independently.
