Fandango is looking for a Marketing Manager to help drive strategic efforts across a variety of studio/film-specific marketing campaigns. Working for Sr. Manager, marketing and as a member of the Brand team, this individual will collaborate with internal subject matter experts for CRM, acquisition, PR, content, social, partnership opportunities, etc. to plan and execute campaigns in support of our studio partners’ tentpole initiatives and films and effectively scale theatrical ticketing across web, mobile web and app.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Work with the Fandango Brand Team and Studio partners to develop, communicate, execute and optimize marketing campaigns that effectively drive increased ticket sales.

• Gather data/insights from studio partners to effectively brief internal groups (CRM, Social/Content, PR, etc.) on strategic efforts (based on KPIs) and then collaborate across these same constituencies to finalize & execute the campaign.

• Work with BI/Analytics, Content/Social and acquisition teams to cost-effectively retarget ticket sales opportunities (Direct to consumer performance marketing).

• Confirm and manage flighting and programming calendars across Fandango relating to promotion of key films

• Collaborate with the NBCU Digital Entertainment sales group on creation, development and execution of client driven activities and programs

• Analyze existing marketing programs and implement operational improvements to drive effectiveness/efficiency.

• Continue to collaborate and partner with NBCU business units on Symphony opportunities (both outbound and inbound)

• Identify and execute on new marketing partnership opportunities

• Work with cross-functional teams, including business intelligence, product and tech teams on analysis and testing to make strategic recommendations to grow programs or products

• Work with BI/Analytics to confirm proper tagging and measurement is in place for all marketing initiatives and regularly monitor performance, to optimize efforts accordingly.

• Establishing, tracking and assuring adherence to budgets, launch schedules, campaign and marketing objectives

• Other duties as defined by the Sr. Marketing Manager


• Bachelor's Degree required

o MBA preferred

• Minimum 4 years marketing experience with significant exposure to and/or responsibility for direct-to-consumer, performance marketing required (CPA-focused campaign management)

o Prior entertainment industry preferred

• Experience working in digital marketing with studio partners and/or entertainment clients preferred

• Able to gather objectives/KPIs and effectively build and deliver effective marketing programs

• Past experience interacting and strategizing with executive-level teams

• Proven ability to take ownership of projects and lead initiatives with high attention to detail

• Able to exercise discretion and keep strictest levels of confidentiality

• Must be available and willing to travel on occasion and work extended hours as needed (especially during crunch times!), including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs
