As a Marketing Manager you are responsible for advising on, and executing, appropriate off-air communication strategies & campaigns for the existing channel portfolio in Eastern Europe – DIVA Romania, SciFi Poland, and E! EURA. This involves consulting the on air communications regarding strategies & campaigns and working closely with functional groups across the business whether commercial marketing, partnerships, social media, programming, research and international marketing, as well as incorporating brand and marketing.



• Support the development of the channel portfolio, and advise on, and execute, clear overall channel brand strategies.

• Develop, manage and execute digital marketing including social media, paid digital media and content marketing for these channels.

• Manage the creative development process off air.

• Manage the work of external agencies and feedback agency performance.

• Use your editorial awareness and knowledge and consideration of compliance.

• Execute partnerships and contra deals in line with Partnership Marketing Strategy.

• Execute sponsorships and trade marketing plans.

• Review, evaluate and measure the channels on and off air activity.


• You are familiar with B2C marketing strategy, planning, research and brilliantly execute plans across the full mix of platforms.

• You have experience in specific digital marketing/digital content production environment.

• You can use digital media at executional level: paid, viral, social (Solid understanding of Facebook, Twitter, You Tube, Instagram, Google+ etc.).

• Thanks to your strong financial acumen you can track digital revenue, manage budgets and develop business plans.

• You have great editorial and creative skills

• You can create and monetize digital content.

• You know how to present to clients/senior personnel.

• You can speak German and English fluently. A good command of Polish is a plus.
