**Responsibilities**

The CNBC Primetime Marketing Manager will play an integral role in the creative development and execution of marketing solutions that will create meaningful, cross-platform experiences for advertising clients. The manager is responsible for working with multiple teams to create marketing ideas that ultimately result in sale increases for CNBC and CNBC.com. Reporting to the Director of Network Partnerships, this position will be responsible for actionable cross-media programs from ideation through campaign completion.



• Client-Specific RFPs & Brainstorms: Partner with Sales, Network Partnership and CNBC Editorial and Consumer Marketing Teams to formulate marketable sales strategies with customized concepts to deliver a client’s specific objective; includes brainstorming and liaising with site editorial, production and branded content teams to create compelling CNBC Primetime sellable campaigns. Create compelling marketing decks where concepts are concisely and artfully brought to life.

• Sales Campaigns: Responsible for managing campaigns from start to finish, including wrap-up reports when the program concludes.

• Sales Collateral: Create CNBC sales materials, programming/event show sheets, case studies, research one-sheets, etc.

• Internal Communication: Act as a point of contact for inbound CNBC marketing requests and liaise with all appropriate CNBC groups (digital sales, on-air marketing/sales, editorial, research, etc.) to facilitate effective communication. Educate internal constituents on key CNBC priorities.

**Qualifications/Requirements**

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 5+ years of experience at an agency, media company, sales organization, where the individual was responsible for presentation, creative and promotion development

**Desired Characteristics**

• Excellent writing skills for internal and external communication

• Experience with execution of multi-platform campaigns

• Strong organizational skills – ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Exceptional attention to detail, excellent comprehension

• Understanding of presentation development—format, design, storytelling

• Experience working with brand advertising and marketing teams

• Familiarity with the development and execution of sponsorships and promotions

• Knowledge of media marketing, the sales process and media in general

• Thorough knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Photoshop etc. and presentation proficiencies

• Experience with the creative development process with key stakeholders (sales, marketing, and editorial)

• Ability to derive insights from relevant data and translate these into ideas
