**Responsibilities**

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the successful execution and delivery of the go-to market plan for this service, comprising direct-to-consumer, digital and social media, NBCU cross Channel promotion, consumer partnerships.

**Qualifications/Requirements**

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



• Proactive and independent manager who is comfortable working as part of a remote team across territories

• Devise and execute a subscription driving strategy for the Nordic territories covering brand and partnerships, digital acquisition and social marketing

• A proactive and confident relationship builder who can seek out and close key consumer partnership activity

• Working with the central teams marketing manager to support the development and execution of a clear marketing strategy and plans that meet user growth and revenue objectives.

• Work with the UK content and social team to govern and guide social output.

• Be the expert and voice of the Nordic territory consumers ensuring marketing and social comms have the correct tone. Ensuring the advertising and content taps into the right consumer moments

• Working with the central marketing team to execute the brand marketing campaigns for the Nordic territories

• Work closely with the NBCUniversal PR team to ensure the brand has a regular presence in consumer media

• Supporting the central marketing team in budget management for the territory spanning brand, digital, PR and Social

• Agency management of the local media, PR and social agency

• Working closely with the wider NBCUniversal team to ensure effective cross promotion of our brand across the portfolio of channels and websites



SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE



• Demonstrated experience and ability in digital marketing (social, mobile, paid media, content marketing)

• Proven ability to contribute to B2C marketing strategy, planning, research and execution

• Proven success in collaboration with PR to motivate key influencers / brand advocation.

• Strong PR awareness.

• Strong financial acumen in order to manage budgets, analyze efficiency of marketing initiatives and support the overall corporate financial objectives.

• Strong written communication and creative skills – able to produce effective written communication, and to critique and develop creative

• Bachelor's degree or relevant marketing experience working in an agile environment

• SVOD or TV experience an advantage



REQUIREMENTS



• Eligible to work in the UK / EU

• Must be internationally mobile

• Fluent written and spoken English
