Basic Requirements

+ Bachelor’s Degree required, advanced degree a plus

+ Minimum 5 years overall industry experience

+ Minimum 3 years in a product role

+ Technical Knowledge a must have

+ You have significant product experience in cross-functional environments, including leading product development that involves deep understanding of the technical stack.

+ You have a ‘hacker’ mindset: you need to understand and speak fluently the engineering language (APIs, technical systems…) and how to use it to identify problems and find solutions.

+ You have a deep knowledge of the technical ins-and-outs and operational requirements of products and technical projects.

+ You are always up-to-date with the latest developments in the digital media space, the (ad) tech and the advertising industries.

+ You're detail-oriented, organized and practical. You know how to leverage your technical knowledge and the others' expertise to get things done.

+ You’re fluent with data and know how to dissect and leverage it to identify pinch-points and inform decision making.

+ You enjoy working with cross-functional teams and you’re accustomed to collaborating closely with internal and external highly skilled individuals in marketing, sales, strategy and engineering.

+ You are an extraordinary communicator in every medium — from Slack to video conferencing to in-person gatherings.

+ You are at ease when out-of-the box, are an orthogonal thinker and love finding creative solutions to unorthodox challenges.

+ You want to learn and grow within a nimble team that believes in smart experimentation, agility, mutual respect and having fun.

+ You personify humble-confidence and dependability.
