Job Description

WISN 12 News has an immediate opening for a part-time television photojournalist.

 

We are looking for a talented photojournalist with the skills necessary to be a great storyteller.  The ability to shoot creative, compelling video and natural sound is a necessity.  Previous television news experience, and a great attitude are essential. 

 

The photojournalist will shoot and edit reporter stories and be required to work independently gathering news. The photojournalist will also be required to edit a high volume of stories for various newscasts.  Previous experience working with live broadcast equipment (live truck/TVU) is helpful.

 

Candidates must understand the importance of social media and the WISN digital platforms and must be able to work flexible shifts, including early mornings and weekends.  College degree is preferred.
