International Studios has a first look deal with Hardy Son & Baker (led by Tom Hardy, an international film actor, and his producing partner, Dean Baker) and owns Tellycopter, a research and development resource that sits alongside its production companies.



Outside the UK, NBCUniversal International Studios owns Australia-based Matchbox Pictures, producers of critically-acclaimed drama series The Slap, and co-owns LARK Productions in Canada, producer of long-running procedural Motive and Real Housewives of Vancouver.



International Studios also operates NBCUniversal Formats – a global format sales team which represents the international rights to a broad slate of programming, including reality, lifestyle, entertainment and scripted shows produced by NBC, Bravo, E!, Oxygen, Style, Syfy, G4, Carnival, Chocolate, LARK, Lucky Giant, Matchbox, and Monkey Kingdom. **Responsibilities**

To provide project and process management support across the International Studios business and direct day to day administration and support to the Senior Legal and Commercial Officer.

**Qualifications/Requirements**

Process Management

• Provide project management and support across the Studios business including the integration of new ideas & processes

• Assist the Senior Legal and Commercial Officer in change management projects as well as process improvements to drive efficiency and growth

• Facilitate business reviews, data collection and management as part of the development, implementation and execution of IT-based business solutions

• Facilitate new business reports and dashboards to generate insights and inform business decisions

• Document preparation including presentations, word documents and spreadsheets.

• Act as the focal point for systems and processes and provide an effective hub of communication for senior executives, business affairs and finance and other stakeholders

• Ensure completeness and integrity of information collected as part of the design, implementation and management of Studios systems

• Establish measurements and targets to improve process effectiveness and efficiency

• Responsible for evaluating the performance of processes

• Build strong relationships with key contacts across the business.



Personal Assistant

• Active diary management including coordinating internal, external meetings and conference calls ensuring the Senior Legal and Commercial Officer is available for arranged meetings and advised of any changes to their schedule in advance.

• Act as the point of contact for all external matters including call screening and meeting requests for the Senior Legal and Commercial Officer

• Coordinate travel arrangements and bookings including creating and managing detailed itineraries and document preparation.

• Prepare and process expense reports ensuring timely repayment of corporate credit cards.

• Track documentation for approval by the Senior Legal and Commercial Officer ensuring a constant and smooth communication flow.

• Support the starter process for freelance and permanent staff in the UK, including on-boarding and induction for new joiners.

• Receive and welcome visitors ensuring that prior to meeting all logistics are in place (room booking, set up and refreshments) and required documents are prepared in advance where required.

Skills and Experience:



• Prior working knowledge of the media industry in particular television

• Ability to perform thorough research independently

• Strong interpersonal skills with experience of building relationships at all levels in a matrix business environment

• Proven experience of project management, systems and processes and business partnership with multiple key stakeholders

• Solid demonstrated experience as a Personal Assistant with excellent administrative skills (ideally for a legal executive)

• Proactive attitude, be on top of work and team priorities to anticipate needs.

• Exceptional organisational skills, with proven experience in project and process management.

• A knowledgeable team player who is willing to act as an information hub for the Studios business.

• Efficient at managing conflicting demands and prioritising tasks from a number of managers.

• Strong sense of initiative and an autonomous approach to own projects.

• Able to manage pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

• Attention to detail and the ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information in a discreet manner.

• Able to plan work on his/her own initiative and to tight deadlines.

• Solid project management and organisational skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Strong numerical skills.

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• A can do attitude, positive, honest, reliable and energizing.
