Job Description

The #1 News Station in Central Iowa is seeking applicants for a part-time production assistant to join our morning crew.  This is an entry-level studio production position with growth opportunities for the right individual.

Duties include floor directing, teleprompter, and editing news tapes. We are looking for reliable, team players who understands the flexibility that the broadcast industry requires. This shift are approximately 20 hours per week and includes working Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Required Skills

  • Must be reliable, willing to learn and a TEAM player.
  • Must be able to take direction and work under pressure;
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays as assigned;

Required Experience

  • Live studio television production experience or education.
  • Editing experience is a plus.
