**Responsibilities**



+ PLEASE NOTE: This is a project / limited term position with an estimated duration of 12 to 24 months, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.Role PurposeThis position is responsible for supporting the production coordination needs of the Olympic Channel. In addition, as needed, the candidate is expected to interface and collaborate with other internal or external partners for the successful completion of assigned projects associated with Olympic Channel content creation.Responsibilities

+ Support production and operation personnel during every phase of production

+ Compile music cue sheets for music tracking thru the NBC Universal Audio Library

+ Event management and oversight for both internal and external company events

+ Coordinate schedule creation and oversight of daily hire personnel

+ Manage Olympic Channel’s intern program and intern recruitment

+ Reconcile the Olympic Channel’s budget in coordination with the Sr Director of Production

+ Books the traveling talents’ / crews’ flights, rental cars and hotel reservations

+ Coordinate onsite HR related issues including onboarding and freelancer timecard approval

+ Coordinate host broadcaster event management including shipping of large-scale, production equipment both nationally and internationally

+ Perform administrative support duties for high level executives including Coordinating Producer and Senior Director of Production

+ Coordinate with NBC, NBCSN, and Olympic Channel in regards to show deliverables, music tracking, and footage needs

+ Oversee purchase, distribution, and management of office supplies and other facilities related requests

+ Provide support in whatever capacity is required

**Qualifications/Requirements**

Basic Qualifications



+ Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field

+ Minimum two (2) years’ experience in the television/film production business, preferably at a network or production facility.Additional Qualifications

+ Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, digital media formats and understand the methods of television production

+ Basic knowledge of production server environment

+ Basic understanding of social media, mobile and the general digital landscapeEligibility Requirements
