**Responsibilities**

Universal Creative is looking to fill a critical IT Programmer Analyst role. This position will be responsible for standardization, analysis, design, implementation, and configuration management of mission critical systems used by Creative at multiple worldwide locations to design/develop/deliver attractions to its theme parks worldwide. This position will ensure that the systems comply with Creative’s policies and procedures for data input, reporting, and archiving.



Responsibilities:



• Assist in the definition, development, and documentation of software’s business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications on a project-by-project basis in collaboration with internal users and departments.

• Provide support for various software upgrades and installations.

• Define and manage small projects, timelines, deliverables and communication to the business.

• Design, run and monitor software tests on new and existing programs for the purposes of correcting errors, isolating areas for improvement, and general debugging.

• Collaborate with internal partners in conceptualizing and development of new software programs and applications.

• Provide regular status reporting.

• Maintain effective professional relationship with business client, vendors and all other Creative team members.

• Identify opportunities to enhance the Portfolio Project Management System and other applications with creativity, resourcefulness, and innovation.

• Manage and conduct user training on Creative Systems.

**Qualifications/Requirements**

• Minimum 3 years IT experience.

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4-Year equivalent in a related field.

• Understanding of SQL database and query best practices including triggers, stored procedures and reporting using SSRS.

• Experience with relational and multi-dimensional databases with experience in Microsoft SQL Server.

• Troubleshooting web applications and web services experience.

• Demonstrated proficiency with Crystal Reports, SSRS, .NET Technologies, VBA, and IIS.

• Proven analytical and problem solving abilities

• Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Able to perform on multiple projects with aggressive deadlines.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Financial planning exposure in theme park or entertainment industry highly desirable.
