**Responsibilities**

• Deliver products and projects on time

• Oversee the project roadmap for the department

• Develop project plans and be able to effectively manage scope

• Lead, direct and manage cross-functional teams (vendors, development, IT, QA, operations, marketing, business development, etc.) to launching new products or site features and promotions for existing product lines

• Project management support of the discovery, definition, design, architecture, development, and deployment of new products, features and services

• Provide clearly communicated status and milestones to executive stakeholders on a regular basis

• Provide product ideas and feedback for management consideration

• Ensure formal product and project processes are followed, including PRDs, BRDs, project plans and adequate specs are completed and communicated

• Understanding digital media solutions (video, mobile, broadband) to assist in achieving specific department goals and objectives

• Manage and support marketing efforts to both internal constituents and consumers

• Develop and update internal product marketing documents

• Review, create and document processes for product development, marketing, digital operations and reporting and provide feedback and support to optimize and develop efficiencies

• Support and manage ad operation initiatives, traffic support, insertion orders for internally and externally sold campaigns. Including working with outside/inside sales teams and traffic operations to support various initiatives including, but not limited to trafficking and reporting

• Provide related information as needed to marketing solutions and ad sales team

• Troubleshoot new media issues with technical teams when they arise

• Create training material for new products and conduct training sessions when necessary

• Direct management of project coordinators (staff or contractors)

• Remote coverage will be required

• Some weekend and late-night/early morning hours needed due to web operations and deployment requirements

• Additional duties and tasks assigned as needed

**Qualifications/Requirements**

• Candidate must have BA or BS and a minimum of 2-4 years of digital experience

• Must have mobile web and mobile app project management experience

• Must be proficient with MS Office software (Power Point, Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook)
