Project Manager, Healthcare

Description

Responsible for assisting in the management of projects to support the CMG Healthcare team and CMG markets in order to accelerate healthcare revenue for new and existing clients. Works closely with internal and external teams to effectively plan and communicate project duties and expectations; assists in tracking success metrics. Develops and maintains a project management system/infrastructure, including creation and distribution of dashboard summaries. Assists with development of sales support webinar planning and execution, editorial calendars and timelines related to healthcare insights.


20% - Strategy
- Works collaboratively with internal teams and individuals to identify project timelines and deliverables in an effort to create project efficiencies, allowing the CMG Healthcare team to better assist markets with healthcare revenue growth
- Works with CMG Healthcare team to develop strategies to improve overall Cox Health Marketing sales support experience, etc.
- Assists with the tracking and identification of competitor trends and insights, recommending opportunities to grow the reputation of Cox Health Marketing within the healthcare community both nationally and locally
- Works with the Director, Healthcare Brand & Insights to help develop a strategy for elevating the Cox Health Marketing brand nationally through events and sponsorships


60% - Execution
- Develops and maintains a project management system to track all Cox Health Marketing market requests
- Creates a seamless system for communicating with markets to track project status from start to finish
- Develops, manages and distributes dashboards that track Cox Health Marketing sales and revenue successes as well as a roster of Cox Health Marketing “clients”
- Assists with the coordination of Cox Health Marketing sponsorships and events as well as CHM involvement with local market events
- Develops and manages an internal CHM editorial calendar and assists CHG Healthcare team with coordinating timely communications to local markets and healthcare sellers
- Manages and coordinates bi-monthly “healthcare insights” webinars for sellers, as directed by Director of Healthcare Brand & Insights
- Assists with Super Team training sessions, working with Director of Healthcare Brand & Insights and CMG Sales Development to put together content and collateral

20% Administrative
- Works with the CHM Healthcare team to assist with preparation for training and event set-up
- Assists with the upkeep of Cox Health Marketing sales portal
- Orders and keeps inventory of sales collateral and CHM branded promotional items both Corporate and at local properties
- Perform related duties as assigned which may not be specifically listed in the job description, but which are within the general occupational series and responsibility level associated with this team

Qualifications

Education:
• BBA, BA, BS (Marketing, Project Management, Business, Communications) or equivalent experience

Experience:
• Minimum of five years working for a healthcare professional services firm, healthcare agency or healthcare marketing department required
• Minimum of five years’ experience project management
• Work experience using project management tools, email newsletter tools, CRM tools (such as Sales Force) strongly desired
• Experience planning events and managing administrative projects a plus

Additional Requirements:
• Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
