**Responsibilities**

Setting the Scene

There is no production without post production. The team is responsible for StudioPost’s Picture and Audio Post Production Operations, including dailies processing, color correction, composting and much more! By working together, the team provides excellence of service while optimizing the cost of service delivery and enabling scalable operations solutions.



This position is responsible for owning and managing Film & Video Restoration project execution. Projects include those for A Title and Studio Archival restorations.



Mic Check

Accountable for ensuring all aspects of film and video Restoration projects are executed correctly and completed within project due dates to meet/exceed customer expectations. Restoration project steps include (but are not limited to):

• Collaborate with Content Management team and Operations to generated bids with complete and accurate information

• Develop solid project plan including timeline for completion of deliverables

• Responsible for driving projects to successful completion within deadlines and adhering to budgets

• Accountable for assigning, supervising, and load-leveling scheduler work assignments (from order creation through to timely billing of projects)

• Balance and pace overall present and future work; resolving internal operational issues; collaborating with Planning and Operations Managers to pre-book work and resolve “day of” issues

• Liaise with Content Management Coordinators on project progress, escalating client facing issues

• Keep Manager, Feature & TV Mastering & Planning informed of overall project progress and escalate issues as they arise

• Evaluate and resolve client rejections in a timely manner

• Responsible for team metrics; measuring team performance against targets set by manager, evaluating their impact, providing feedback, and holding team members accountable.

• Identify opportunities to enhance quality, increase productivity, and drive efficiencies

• Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional team members

• Help drive department goals by serving on committees and task forces

• Attend and conduct meetings as required

• Assist with developing and refining of SOP’s and best practices. Train and update team accordingly.

**Qualifications/Requirements**

Zoom-in

• At least 5 years recent experience in post-production film restoration process management

• Proven expertise in post-production concepts, technologies and process

• Demonstrated independent judgment, accountability for decisions, actions, and results.

• Ability to troubleshoot issues, identify root cause, and determine corrective action

• Demonstrated passion for providing a positive Customer experience

• Demonstrated ability to maintain composure in difficult situations

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Ability to adapt well to changes in priorities, direction, and strategy

• Ability to work as a team player and in a professional manner is necessary

• Goal driven and target orientated with the ability to step back and look at the bigger picture

• Demonstrated solid track record of problem solving required, finding solutions for a variety of operational challenges

• Microsoft Excel expertise is a must. Xytech expertise is a must. Strong familiarity with ScheduAll.

• Effective oral and written communication skills and follow through proficiency are required to effectively interface with Company personnel and outside contacts.
