Reporting to the Project Manager of Digital Product & Operations within the NBCUniversal International Networks division, the candidate will be responsible for supporting international digital marketing campaigns, content curation and syndication partners along with supporting the daily operations for international E! Digital properties.

The International Digital Marketing group is tasked with localizing and supporting a wide range of digital products, helming ad operations, extending existing capabilities in emerging platforms globally, including but not limited to: International E! News sites, syndication partners, OTT, authenticated streaming partners and others.

We are looking for a detail oriented, technically savvy, problem solver with superior customer service skills to join our team today.


+ Serve as main liaison between the International Digital team and our LATAM Joint Venture team supporting the daily execution of the shared editorial content workflow focused on the continued maintenance and documentation for this workflow

+ Act as key point person for series related content management and curation for all International E! News editions

+ Commission creative for digital products via our in house graphics team

+ Management of video assets for International editions of E! Including receiving, encoding, publishing and approving of assets

+ Assist in on-boarding of new marketing team members for access to CMS, Analytics tools and JIRA

+ Manage the daily maintenance of the communication to syndication partners as well as the management of content delivery including updating syndication content in partner CMS tools

+ Troubleshoot syndication or ad campaign issues with technical teams, QA and stakeholders as they arise

+ Continuously monitor and improve documentation for digital products related to editorial and content curation

+ Work closely with International marketing and US product development teams to review, resolve and respond to each inbound request.

+ Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day activities including: project status reporting, time tracking and project communication

+ Backfill the teams’ ad operations position when needed


Basic Qualifications

+ Candidate must have BA and a minimum of 1-2 years of project management and content curation experienceAdditional Job Requirements

**Desired Characteristics**

+ Excellent verbal and written communications skills required in both English and Spanish

+ Candidates should have a basic understanding of content curation, syndication and digital ad sales support

+ Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to deliver under tight deadlines

+ Be solution-oriented and have ability to innovate

+ Must have the ability to own and manage projects from concept to delivery

+ Experience handling large volume of emails and multiple ongoing campaigns

+ Remote coverage will be required

+ Must be available and willing to work extended hours as occasionally needed (during crunch times!) per day or per week, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.

+ Knowledge and a strong interest in digital media, content management, and willingness to learn about technological trends that arise in the new media space

+ Basic knowledge of JIRA and Slack

+ Experience with and basic knowledge of MPX the Platform

+ Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel (including formulas))

+ Working knowledge of ad trafficking within DFP and Freewheel

+ Experience taking screenshots for documentation

+ Keen problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

+ Excellent client relationship & interpersonal skills

+ Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
