**Responsibilities**

Role Summary

Launched in the spring of 2012, NBCUniversal’s internal executive search team is charged with executing VP+ level assignments across the NBCU enterprise. Our purpose is to leverage our vast network of relationships to help identify and attract exceptional leadership talent capable of helping transform our organization and make NBCU the most competitive and innovative media company in the marketplace. The research function plays a strategic key role in the executive recruitment process by partnering and advising the recruiting partners to provide industry knowledge and market trends on a real-time and project-based manner. The role is a unique mix of detective, analytical and project management skills to keep our team a step ahead of the curve.



Research Responsibilities



+ Deliver high-impact executive search recruitment research in a fast paced and highly dynamic environment

+ Manage research projects and intelligence briefings for all assigned projects by proactively identifying and mapping out global talent and organizational structures

+ Identify and oversee key pipeline needs and project manage resulting deliverables

+ Partner with team and business leaders to execute project needs and calibrate deliverables for highly mission critical and/or hard-to-fill positions

+ Serve as database subject matter expert (SME) to the executive search team to continue to establish best practices and streamline recruitment processes, including managing the overall data-integrity

+ Drive the effort to build a robust analytics process by designing and implementing new and existing reports and metrics

+ Oversee various team ad hoc projects as necessary

+ Actively read and monitor industry trades to track key industry moves and assess recruitment trends

+ Oversee department intern and research consultants, as needed

+ Act as a SME across a variety of industry segments and functional disciplines

+ Act as an ambassador for NBCU’s overall commitment to diversity and inclusion as a core value and business imperative

**Qualifications/Requirements**

Basic Qualifications



+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

+ 5+ years’ experience in recruitment research or relevant experience

+ Experience with CRM and/or ATS (i.e., Encore, huge plus, but not required)

+ Ability to work in New York, NY
